How You Can Lose Weight Using Hypnosis

Losing weight is much simpler than you perhaps think

One of the first questions to answer is how you should lose weight: slowly or quickly. And you know the answer that it is not the quickest one. We know the crush diets or drastic increase in exercise can take some pounds off just to put double after we stop. Every time you do it you feel more miserable than you did before.

If you want to break a habit you should use hypnosis. The American medical site Medscape showed than in scientific testing hypnosis enhanced weight loss. Patient undergoing cognitive-behavioural therapy for weight loss were compared to patients undergoing similar therapy with the addition of hypnosis, with favorable results reported for 70% of the patients receiving hypnotic therapy. Mean weight loss was 6.03 lbs for patients not receiving hypnosis and 14.88 lbs for patients receiving hypnosis. Further correlational analyses indicated that the benefits of hypnosis for weight loss increase over time.

Hypnosis can help by allowing you to overcome unconscious obstacles, emotional traumas and habits which prevent you from losing weight and from keeping weight off. Hypnosis is one of the most natural and easy ways to lose weight and form new eating healthy habits.

Diets taught you that losing weight should be painful and difficult. Hypnotherapy and EFT created a strong challenge to these believes. Some already made tapes can work or not. Everyone is different and his/her’s unhealthy eating habits have their own particular sources: negative experiences, stress, negative emotions.
